Booking never made / MOD bad attitude

Last night we booked a table for my son's birthday. On arrival there were no table prepared for us at all! This after my husband went to the restaurant earlier and made the booking in person even showing them were we would like to be seated. The manager on duty had a terrible attitude. After standing around like idiots with our guests we decided to go elsewhere, I decided I wanted to speak to the owner. The manager on duty told the waiter that I've asked for the number, no need to give me the number because \he is the man!!!"The owner would not want to hear about my complaint. My little boy was so disappointed because he especially asked to go to Crawdaddy's to eat prawns for his birthday. Yesterday was the very last time I've been to Crawdaddy's and I will advise all my friends and colleagues not to go there! There is absolute no customer service or respect for customers!! """
