Worst manager ever

My husband and I booked a table at Crawdaddys and were looking forward to a lovely date night with great food. We got there and the manager Charl had the WORST people skills ever. We asked if we could change our table to a downstairs table and he very rudely and abruptly said no. We got upstairs and when we asked for a different table he again rudely told us no. Now when we booked the table we weren't asked if we want a window table or aisle table so how could he just say no?!? The problem is not that we couldn't have a different table, the problem is the way we were told \NO". This left a really bitter taste in our mouths and as much as the waiter tried to apologise it was too little too late. We left without eating and now I'm not sure if I'll ever go back. Crawdaddys is not known for such bad service and we're really disappointed with the service. """
