Crawdaddy's Centurion, poor food, rude service! You wont see us again soon

Today was a special day for my family and I. It is my son's birthday today and I also met his new girlfriend for the first time. So we decided to have lunch at Crawdaddy's in Centurion. When we sat down at our table I felt the air was a bit cold so I asked that the plastic window be closed. The white male waiter who assisted me was clearly not willing to close it so said that he will close it halfway. We were the only people near the window so I did not expect it to be problem. We then ordered drinks and after a while ordered another round if drink. When another white male waiter took the order I jokingly said it us my son's birthday so maybe the beer can be on the house. We were all making jokes and having a good time.The guy gave me a very snotty look and said the6 beer will be on the house - the only beer he is going to get is the one that I will paid for and then turned around walked away while shaking his head while looking to the other waiters. I ordered the Thai Curry Prawn dish but it arrived without any prawns in it. The excuse was that the chef forgot to put prawns in the dish. When the prawns did arrive, it was a tiny few shrimps in a gravy bout about halfway full. And to top it all the food was tasteless. No curry was added to that pot. Now you are meeting your son's new girlfiend and my son is having his birthday so nobody wants to make a scene so I simply left it there. But the day was definately ruined by the poor service from the two male waiters and poor food. They have also largly cut down on the size of the menu and wine list so be warned, if you enjoy a decent chardonnay, you are not gonig to find it on the menu. You get the feeling that they want to recover from the COVID losses as quickly as possible so if people don't notice the there are no prawns in the pot that have saved some money. So my advice is to steer away from Crawdaddy's and try somewhere else. You may not be impressed with the food and will certainly not be happy with the service from the 2 while male waiters.
