Best service I've had in a very long time!!

I recently purchased a new house in Port Elizabeth, and when some of my furniture was being delivered, I accidently walked backwards into my floating granite countertop. Needless to say, it was a disaster!! The whole top was now loose and balancing on the one stainless steel leg for support (This a a large top, approximately 200Kg). I was on the phone with multiple people from Businesses to private contractors trying to find someone that could repair my countertop, But as I soon realized, NOBODY wanted the job (size of the job?? Dififculty of the job?? I dont know)!! My neighbour suggested I call Crankshaw marble and granite works here in Port Elizabeth and ask if they could do the repair. Within an hour I had a consultant at my house explaining to me why it came apart so easily, shoddy work by the original contractor. The wrong fixing materials where used to fix it to the cabinet on the one side and the single leg also need a patner to carry the massive weight. About an hour after he had left, their secretery called to inform me what the cost would be for the repair and to book a time and date for the repair to take place. The next day at 10am the guys where there to do the repair work. Now all i can say is, these guys are super professional, well mannered, work very quietly and clean!! It was an absolute joy to see my countertop back up and fixed properly, with TWO legs this time!! I highly recommend Crankshaw marble and granite works in Port Elizabeth for their awesome and speedy services!! 10/10!!
