Crankshaftrebuild centre Unreliable

Took my crankshaft to be repaired monday, as per my and owner lionel conversation he said turn around 4days, msg him Thursday and he said will be done in the morning 16th oct 2020, I then msg him again asking of it's ready, he said he will leave his workshop around 2 and will be back I sud come at 4, then I got there at 5 and no crankshaft what's so eva, tried to phone him twice no answer but his online on whatsapp, I then send him a msg and he jst didnt bother to reply to me. Today 19th oct2020 I msg him at 6 just to findout wat the hell is going on and he , eva chilled reply ur crank been ready since friday evening , Eventho I was there nd Friday nd he jst ignored me hole weekend, not saying a single word and now that I msg him it's ready. Worse service, communication, pathetic and definitely wont make use of them again
