Don’t use Cranford Country lodge!

We booked a wedding at Cranford country lodge in the midlands. Right after we paid our deposit their emails bounced, their phone was off their website disappeared! There was no way of getting hold of them. Their means of communication was off (and still is ) for over a month! How do we plan a wedding if there is no one to contact? We checked their reviews and they were awful (bed bugs, broken beds, dilapidated rooms, terrible food…). We had to drive up from Kloof to see what was happening and to ask for our deposit back. They are super unprofessional , they made no attempt to contact us with alternative contact details and they won’t give our deposit back!
