Black treatment different to white treatment

Last weekend I decided to take myself out for me time and Crane's Nest Spa Beau was the chosen place but if I should have known I should have gone somewhere else or just stay at home. Confirmed my booked on Tuesday afternoon and I did my ful payment for the treatment and I sent it to their email and a lady called Martie that wli was communicating with via what's up. Come the day of treatment I get to the spa my treatment was not registered neither I was part of the treatments for the day. The lady who was in charge called me in her office blaming me that I did not put the quotation number on my payment which was seating with her since Tuesday and they did not bother to check what was the money for. Few minutes after that she take me into this small room and said that's the only room they have open and she left me there seating not knowing what's going on. Later while I was about to go ask what is going on a lady (Black messuse) came in and she said she's been sent by the lady to explain to me what's going on, she told me their fully booked for the day and my booking was not made but she will make sure she gives me the massage I want. I agreed to stay but the treatment in their guest house continued to be not pleasant because I was excluded for the set of the table for my meals and the was even a part I was moved from the table not to seat with their white guest which I payed same money with. Then comes time for my massage I was taken to a different tent where other guest been going and the tent was horrible it has spider webs and bird ****. That's where I realised that I was not welcome on their guest house, and my treatment did not take longer as it was supposed to be because the lady was rushing to take taxi before it get late. After my massage I was supposed to seat in the jacuzzi which was not cleaned for me because their white clients were done with their massage.
