Horrible dusgusring service and Valentine special

If i could give it minus 100 I would! Absolutely *******! Checked in at reception! Left for an hour unattended! A diff couple checked in after us and were given a room immediately. After some time we were told to go for our spa treatment..I was surprised because one would usually check in their rooms before anything. After the massage we waited again at reception in uncomfortable worn out robes...waited an hour before we were told that oops we dont have a room!! We need to drive out and check in at some other guesthouse called WATERFALL. oh and by the way your dinner will be ready in 5 min!! Really we haven't bathed or settled in... ow when I ask them about the complimentary package 1 being the Champaign no one knew anything. A.m. management was gone and the poor the******s and chef had to answer for this low and disgusting service. The owner Dannie jou ***** was rejecting the calls from the staff members! So what if the place was on fire? Who would answer their phone?? And this is want their website say!! False advertising: Accommodation in Pretoria Hospitality is second nature at Crane’s Nest. We know that the art of tranquil living and offer this with the perfect surroundings.

Bullahit bullahit!! Now we are stranded at exactly 20:00. These people dont know how to run a business!!
