Poor client service and disrespect

At 3:36 I called in placing an order for a red velvet cake to be delivered at 60 main Street jhb, I was assisted by a colored guy that we normally get at the shop, he then said I must go down he is coming, which I did. Waited over 5 minutes I called again the phone was answered by him, I was shocked to find out that he is still at the shop while he said I should go down, he said he is assisting someone then he will come I waited again he never came, when I called again he gave the phone to a Zulu guy who claim tht they sent someone who got lost the Zulu guy was so arrogant that was after 4.. The Zulu guy claim that the colored guy has a twin which is the one who got lost, I mean we always buy the direct there's only 1 colored guy, they just fooled me and they should've told me that they can't deliver.
