Poor service - Again

<p>I'm very disappointed, I got my friend a gift voucher of R 500 for Craik Speirs Hair and Beauty Salons, when she went in to use it, she was told it was only for a wash and set? the rest of the money would be for fitted? when she asked to talk to the manager, the story changed, they would do curls, If this is the case,no one told me when I got it? and I would never have spent R 500 when she could get very little done. I'm just wondering how many other people have wasted their money here, buying a gift Voucher. My poor friend just wanted to enjoy her self then was told off.</p>
