Bad service

I bought a battery a year ago from them. Only to notice the date did not correspond to the date of my receipt written on battery, nor was it linked to the date of warranty. I called them, only for the sale person to tell me it would not interfere with warranty... 5 month later, I approached them to have a look at the battery, as the battery did not want to work. I was informed they would have a look at the battery and charge it up. I then left my battery at the shop in Parow, only for them to tell me when I went to go collect the battery, the battery was thrown away and nothing could be done. I then went again back today, to ask what can be done as I really needed a battery. They again just said nothing, I then asked could there not be any discount on a new battery, again the answer was just no... it makes me think the battery that I was sold, was also maybe someone else battery which was left by them and they could have given him the same story, as they given me... super irate client
