Avoid at all costs

What started off pretty slow soon deteriorated to a nightmare. After weeks of empty promises and delay tactics the job still has to be completed. He begged for the final balance to be paid as he had to pay wages to his staff and promising he would complete the work the next week, he hasn't been seen or heard from again. He doesn't take calls and only answers his messages with another promise of next week...next week....next week! Do not take the chance...this man is unprofessional and *********.
