Terrible management

Terrible service. My husband booked us in for a night and made the booking via email to which correspondence still took place a day before check in. We were to check in late so we got the personal cellphone number of one of the employees. We arrived at the guest house on the day of check in only to be told that my husbands name is not on the system and there is nothing that they can do. My husband spoke to the employee face to face in front of the guesthouse where he was told that the lady that he was in correspondence with was going through a lot. This is totally unacceptable and not how business should be conducted.
