Took my sweet cat to Craighall Veterinary Hospital last Friday for a check-up and it was such a calm and easy experience. They had excellent Covid-19 protocol, sanitiser at the door, distancing, everyone was masked. After visiting reception to let them know we were there and filling in the form we were asked to wait outside where the vet came to collect my cat and took her inside to get checked over, minimising the risk for everyone. My cat doesn't like going to the vet but when she came out she didn't seem bothered at all! The vet (I can't remember her name but she was lovely) had a very calm demeanour. She took pictures of a tooth issue and showed me so I could see exactly what was going on which I really appreciated. A good vet visit!
