A very decent and dignified fare well ..

The entire team and especially Dr Neil Shackelton have been so incredibly supportive to say my final fare well to my cat. Thru 1 1/2 of her treatment they were kind, patient and most professional. Giving me stime and pace for my final desicion after a thorough assessment of her health and provided me then the opportunity to say good bye in compassionate and decent way. The clinic sent me afterwards a very touching condolences mail with a comforting poem. Outstanding service and kindness, my other 2 fury babies and I are in best hands and will always give best references to Craighall Vet team and Dr. Neil Shackelton in special.
