Terrible Service

I do not recommend this establishment at all.

Firstly no hot water in the bathroom, no plug in the kitchen sink. We were further advised that we would be billed additionally if we were to use the heater. We paid for a month but stayed 3 days. We have a little baby due for a transplant and how are we supposed to stay in a place where we are not even able to soak the babies bottles. On cancellation Angie asked if she could do the payment in 2 installments as she had already spent the money. We agreed, to date only 1 payment has been received and she is not responding to our messages. We furthermore did agree to a compromise as requested by Angie and we told her to deduct a further 3 nights off of the refunded amount. We are extremely disappointed at the lack of response from the owner of this establishment.
