Failing to perform a simple task

Absolutely disgusted by the way the owner, Clifford, reacted after they failed to perform the simple task of micro-chipping my animal during an operation. It was stated on the form to perform the action, yet it was overlooked(Even got given the registration papers for the chip after, what a joke). What if it was a more serious request? In addition to that we were charged extra for the animal being in heat without being notified. I was met afterwards with an arrogant apology and was asked if they should note that my pet will not be coming back to their vet. Disappointed and unprofessional to say the least.
