Worst servce ever

We paid this company to get our visa extended . They are quick to take the money but absolutly no service after that .When calling for updates your agent will pass the buck to Shafieka who will pass the buck to Home affairs<br> <br> First you will be faced with excuses while trying to get hold of Shafieka who provides updates , the most common ones are that she is on lunch or that she is at home affairs ( this gets your hopes up ) . If by some miracle you get through to her she had about 5 generic excuses that she has memorised . She will blurt this out like a parrot to you every time . <br> <br> In the end we go the matter resolved by escalating with home affairs ourselves and then had to inform these people that the matter has been resolved . If you google them you will also see that they are under investigation <br> <br> Stay away ....and rather do anything home affairs related yourself
