Poor Service & Agreement not Kept - Craig please h

Hi Craig,<br> <br> Please can you assist.<br> I received great service and pricing from Stacey for my platinum wedding ring. <br> Ever since Stacey left, Tarryn has taken over, she has not given me 50% increase in pricing.<br> <br> In addition she states on email - she is too busy to call me back and discuss.<br> I have emailed her back and requested her urgently attention on this matter for a repeat customer that has spent R50k already and this is my second purchase of R10k.<br> <br> There is a complete disconnect with the service and agreement of quote that i received from Stacey. I have submitted all of this on email to Tarryn. <br> <br> Please can you assist or should i find another custom made provider to make my ring.<br> <br> In addition i have logged so many issues with my finane platinum ring - that needs to be fixed. I am extremely concerned that this will not get fixed.
