Good ring quality, subpar communication.

Brilliant quality engagement ring made. Unfortunately they lost the first ring they made which put a delay on receiving another one. The second one they made and sent me was not the size I asked for, so I have to get it resized elsewhere as Craig is not replying to me anymore. Nonetheless a good ring, just a pity about the sizing and below par communication.
