Faulty ring keeps losing the diamond

This Craig Marks guys are pathetic and supposed ****** . To think I trusted them with my hard earned money almost 30k as we speak and I don't have my ring . It's been in and out of repairs not even funny . They said they are making a new one all together and it's been months now to make it worse they don't respond to my emails. I don't know what to tell my wife anymore. It's more like I went and bought a ring at some fly by night black market . Hope they still exist. Honestly I feel like my money back. Makati

Im honestly amazed that we live in a generation of self absortion and self interest without regard for others. Greedy, selfish and always ready to serve self at the demise of others.
This client sent his ring back with a missing diamond, we replaced the ring and did not notice any obvious damage. Then the second ring gets sent back with obvious damage, the platinum ring is oval and squashed at the point where the diamond fell out, the exact spot where ther previous one fell out, we now notice that there was damage to the first ring in the same spot just not as bad. Unfortunetly i cannot attach images of the returned rings as this response does not have that function.
I requested that this matter be resolved by the jewellery council of SA, client refused. The reason for the complaint and the damaged rings is to get there money back. I have also noted that the above statements are defamation of character as the statements are untrue. We are not fly by nights, not ****** and have not ripped anyone off.
If our legal system was not so poor this should be in court for a defamation suit.
