Deep Gratitude

I would really like to thank Tarryn and her team at Craig Marks for the service i received from them. From the start of the process of buying this engagment ring i have been nothing but blown away by the friendly and diligent service I received.<br> <br> When the process of buying the ring started I had many questions, issues and often setbacks. I was always reassured that Craig marks would do whatever they could to help me. All my e mails and queries were patiently, kindly and promptly answered by Tarryn. On the one day she was not in the office I spoke to another staff member who took my reference number and immediately assisted me and answered another long list of questions I had.<br> <br> The kicker was that I only ordered the final product a week before the engagment date. I was planning on using a **** ring as I knew I was not giving the designers enough time to complete the real deal. Craig marks somehow managed to make the ring in less than a week and even inserted a store diamond while awaiting my real diamond to be imported. The ring I proposed with was stunning and i could not be more greatful. We sent back the ring when the real diamond arrived and we had the real Mccoy within days<br>
