Getting this bussiness to commit to me as their client is nearly inpossible.

Several weeks after paying deposit I finally received a "CAD" design that was completely wrong. I emailed to resolve the issue and there was no response for weeks. After phoning every number possible on the website I finally got hold of someone. It has now been four months and I'm still without my purchase and it feels like I've been done in. I visited the showroom only to find it empty and a lady from next door telling me they have left and several people have come round looking for them.

After this I phoned Craig and he said it will be done within a week.

Stay posted... and beware!!!

Good Morning Wian,
As you have stated you paid you deposit a few weeks back and said that you needed it in May. This is a phrase from you email 'There is no hurry I will only need a ring in may'
I do apologize about the CAD mix up as we had two clients with similar names and the reference's got confused and hence the wrong CAD got sent through to you last week. This week we sent the correct CAD and i followed up on your lack of response to find out that the emails to your g-mail account were not going through.
I am surprised that you taken to this format , in light of the fact that we spoke on the phone yesterday and i confirmed that the now approved ring will be ready at the end of next week, a few weeks ahead of May.
With regards to our office's we are not retailers and work by appointment only and have always done so for the last 10 years. Our address is not on our website and never will be for security, all manufacturers do the same for security in the diamond and jewellery trade, we moved from our previous premises a few months ago and i am sure that would have been clients coming to pop in that would not find us there anymore, unfortunately we do not take in pop in clients and never have. If the appointment is not booked and the reason clear for the appointment we do not take walk ins.
I trust you will receive your ring next week and will be happy with it.
God Bless.
Best regards,
