"Statement on Behalf of Our Client Regarding Craig Lifestyle Products / Craig Weightloss + Craig's Glow Products (craiglifestyle.com)

On behalf of my client, I wish to formally address a matter of growing concern involving Craig Lifestyle Products and Craig Weightloss products

On 29 April 2025, my client placed an order with the aforementioned company in the amount of R7,200. On 5 June 2025, my client was advised that the order could no longer be fulfilled due to geographic location constraints. A refund was promptly requested that same day.

Subsequently, on 7 June 2025, Ms. Sune — identified as the receptionist for Mr. Craig du Toit Nel — confirmed via whatsapp message that the refund would be processed the following Monday. Despite this assurance, and repeated follow-ups, no refund has been received as of 12 July 2025.

Between 7 and 25 June, my client was subjected to a series of evasive communications, shifting explanations, and unfulfilled promises. The conduct displayed by the parties involved suggests, at minimum, gross negligence and, at worst, a deliberate attempt to de*****.

My client is in possession of all relevant correspondence, including written messages and voice recordings, clearly documenting the timeline and the commitments made by representatives of Craig Lifestyle Products / Craig Weightloss.

This matter raises serious questions regarding the integrity of the business and its handling of consumer funds. Should restitution not be made immediately, we reserve the right to pursue further legal action, including but not limited to filing formal complaints with consumer protection authorities and pursuing civil claims for recovery and repetitional damages…."
