Not the way to treat customers.

When we visited the restaurant, I ordered a 500g T-Bone, when our order arrived, the T-bone seamed smaller than the usual 500g, that we have ordered in the past, we enquired about it.

They notified the owner, (Rouche) which arrived and he told me to never set my F*n* feet in his restaurant again, our table was by the play area with my kids playing in the area.

Not a warm treatment for a regular customer, that queried the T-bone size, then get banned.

How can you get upset when someone queries the portion size as per the advertised weight?
