They don't care

I bought couches from Beares, and crafton designs is their supplier, they gave me damaged goods and even after I reported they didn't do anything, they told me Beares owes them money so they can't go anything, then the next moment I spoke with some guy Ray who asked me to sent a description of what happened and send pictures of the couches he will sort out the matter, and all of a sudden Ray has resigned, the lady they appointed said she will disuss with Ray and get back to me, she never did, I had to call her back, then she told me to wait till monday cause her bosses will make a decision then, and all of a sudden when the lady from Beares told me I should find someone to fix the couches and send them a quatation, I called the lady from the supplier again then she told me to find someone to fix and send a quotation that's how they do things, when I told her I don't know of anyone can she recommend, she said I must find someone and I asked her why she didn't tell me all along about this, she didn't respond, she kept telling me to find someone, I have been reporting this matter since October 2014 and its now that they tell me to find someone to fix, they told me they will replace
