Damaged goods not of good quality

I bought couches from Bears last year October and they were damaged, I then reported the matter to the store and I was told they have submitted the complaint to their suppliers Crafton Designs. Due to Bears being sold to Lewis around that time, there was no action/progress to my compliant. I contacted them again and they gave me the suppliers details to contact, I spoke to a guy called Ray, and while he said he was sorting the matter, he resigned and I was given another person to contact Londiwe, of which I had to start all over again explaining, resending of documents and pictures of the damaged lounge suit, and again Londiwe resigned, now I am given another person to deal with. Its been around 10 months now and the condition of the lounge suit is beyond words, the stitching is coming out the broken couches has gone worse and im told by the Lewis people that they going to fix them. The couches were delivered broken and are not of good quality but I am expected to pay full amount for them.
