Placed order and have heard nothing for a month

Wish I had looked at reviews before I placed order. Same thing is happening to me. Placed an order & never received a confirmation from store. Got a confirmation from Payfast that money was sent. Two weeks passed with no notice, so I sent an email inquiring about order. I got a ticket # from them and a promise to get back to me. One week later I’ve heard nothing and two additional emails have not been answered. Tried calling them, and they have 5 options for help. But each ends with their saying to send an email. You can’t get to a live person. I consider this business as (1) a ****, or (2) the worst customer service ever (non existent). I think they just want you to get so frustrated that you QUIT. I may not get my order or refund, but I will give my opinion/review of them everywhere I can.
