Worst Service Ever!

If I could give them zero stars I would!

Absolute worst customer service ever! I ordered a product in Feb and the delivery was scheduled for March. When I followed up a few days before the last day for delivery to take place, they state that the order is delayed. No comms were sent to inform me of this and I have ordered the product for a party so a delayed delivery is not an option.

I requested a refund and it's been almost 2 weeks and this has still not been processed! I need to follow-up all the time and the only response I get is that it's been escalated to finance.

Stay away from this company by all means!
