Worst online purchase experience ever

Do not buy from this company, you will not get your goods or get refunded for undelivered goods, but very quick to take your money. I have ordered on the 24th of November 2023, got promised twice that the goods will arrive but there is a shipping delay. When I asked to be refunded, it is radio silence, up to now.
