Worst customer service ever

Please do not order from this website. I placed my order in Janauary and was told my order would arrive by 30 January. It is now the 20th of March and I still don't have my order. I ordered craft paper for my wedding (that is in three weeks) This stress is really not needed before a wedding.

Worst part is that no one from their team even goes through the trouble of contacting you. They knew my order was delayed, did not even have the common decency to send me an email saying there would be a delay. Really really really really pathetic
