Worst customer service and incorrect items delivered

Worst customer service ever. Will never recommend or support them again. I ordered items for my son's birthday weeks in advance and was assured that I would receive the items in time. After countless calls, messages and emails (most of which went unanswered) and I even had to pick up the parcel from courier office myself - I received the items half an hour after my son's party was scheduled to start and most of the items were incorrect anyway.
