Warning: Do not order anything from Craftivating.com

I ordered and received confirmation of my order on 11/08/2023, with the following: "Just to let you know — we've received your order #C***, and it is now being processed: The delivery of your order is estimated between Friday, 25 August 2023 and Friday, 15 September 2023. [Order #C***] (August 10, 2023)". On 17/10/2023 I enquired about the order and was informed by Michael that "Your order is still awaiting shipment from the supplier. There have been some unforeseen delays with the shipment. We apologize for this and are working hard to get this sorted. We, unfortunately, do not have an expected eta at this time." I responded that they could at least have informed me of this.

Today, I checked the ticket again and it showed that it was closed. I requested a refund. Now I am waiting!!! Again!!!!
