Use to receive great service....Now nothing

I did order from them before and some orders I cancelled and then received a full refund. My Mother In Law recently asked me if they are legit and I said yes, because before I did receive good service. So she placed an order and waiting for it...Now I see some people say they are liquidated....They website doesn't work anymore and they don't pick up when I call. I have sent a few emails and I don't get any reply....I see they also don't reply on any of the complaints done on Hello Peter. What the hell am I going to tell my Mother In Law...
