Upset customer

I ordered goods in Jan, its the 16th April still no goods or refund as I requested. I sent emails apparently short responses but no movement. The package still wherever they lying about. I purchased through other online companies 2 weeks max I received my orders. DO NOt purchase anything from this company I'm still waiting for my refund.
