Unprofessional and lack of communication.

Good day, I made a purchase on the 8th of December 2023. My purchase was metallic badges and my order was supposed to be delivered between the 22nd of December and the 12th of January 2024. Nothing was communicated with the logistics during this time period so I requested for a refund and they kept sending me emails saying that they have contacted the finance department to process and no outcome, just the same email and they also sent me the wrong ending numbers of a card. I had to call my bank to refund the money for a purchase I did not receive. Their helpline is very unprofessional as well, their tone when responding is rude. NEVER AGAIN!
