They have closed down

I found out from other customers they have closed down and went under company liquidation due to insolvency and bankruptcy as they had no money left. If you are still waiting for your refund or order then check the government gazette for the liquidation notice and put in a claim with the liquidator of the estate or ask your bank to reverse the money.
