Terrible Service of Craftivating

Ordered on the 4 January 2023. Scheduled delivery indicated it would be between 11 —25 January. Still haven't received. There was no follow up email at all. I emailed as it was already the 24th and the tracking kept saying "processing". They rep**** and said the order would not be delivered! I'm livid. My daughter's birthday is this weekend and craftivating has just let me down. I DO NOT recommend Craftivating to anyone.
