Terrible Service - Craftivating

I placed an order on 14th July, a follow up email 3 weeks later, to be told that they had stipulated up to 25days delivery, which I had not noticed when I had placed the order. I followed up after 6 weeks, and had a very prompt reply saying they were experiencing problems, and apologised for delay. Today 6th October (almost 3 months later) I sent a message to find out where the parcel was and was told that they were experiencing problems with a supplier who was non compliant, an answer I see that other customers have experienced word for word. I am not impressed at all with this company and wished I had looked them up before placing the order. I dont think this company cares one iota for their customers, because if they did they would be letting me know what was happening. I will be telling the crafting community that I belong to not to touch them.
