Terrible service and communication

I ordered a bunch of beads in the begining of August and after waiting 6 weeks I sent in a request to get information about my order since I haven’t received it yet. I got info after my request and then was told that they had delays from their third party supplier and that they would get back to me. They never got back to me and after waiting another 6 weeks I sent them another email requesting for a refund and got a reply that was misleading and dishonest .

The communication of the company is extremely terrible and their service is very badly managed. There is plenty of people that write fantastic reviews about Craftivating.com but as far as my experience goes I would never recommend Craftivating.com to anyone.
