Still waiting after 2 months!

I made my order, paid for it (courier as well) on the 5th of January 2024. ETA for my order was between 19 January and 9 February.

Never heard anything from them again. I do enquiry on 23 Jan, because I had heard I will be out of town for a few days in February. The let me know that “international shipments are delayed and will only arrive middle Feb”.

On 11 February (3 weeks later) I enquire again as I have not heard anything for 3 weeks. They rep**** again with “we only expect your order to arrive in the next 2 weeks”.

On 6 March I contact THEM again. And needless to say, the reply reads again “international shipments are delayed and it will arrive later in March”.

Not ONCE did they notify me about the “unforseen problems” with their international shipments. I had to contact them. No refunds offered or any other message than “shipment is delayed”.

Do not order from them if you want the products within 3 months!!
