Steer clear of Craftivating!

If I didn't have to mark any stars I wouldn't, this company doesn't even live up to one star! Crafters out there please don't use this business to buy crafting supplies. You might as well flush your hard earned cash down the drain. I ordered some moulds and cheese cutters from them and it is well over due date and still nothing. So I proceeded to query where my order was and got a very generic " unforeseen circumstances, your order is delayed" answer. They did not even bother to give me an expected date or anything other information. I then decided to cancel my order. Sent in the cancellation and got a notification that it will be sent to the financial department, and as expected nothing. On querying where my refund was, I once again received a very generic "Your reimbur*****t has been placed in the queue for processing and will be completed as soon as possible" answer. Needless to say to date still no refund. Again I warn other crafters to be aware of this company and steer clear.
