STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I did some research to see if there are any bad reviews and found none. I placed and paid my order 28/01/2024, after 25days I queried and they said another 7 to 10 days. Now I can't get hold of anyone. What more must one do to make sure an online company is legite.
