<div>After not receiving over R1300 worth of goods on the delivery date I contacted the company for an update. I was informed that there was an unexpected delay which made me decide to cancel the order. I have been waiting almost a month and have not been refunded yet. I have been sending lots of emails and every time I am told I will be updated which never happens. I am at the point where I am contemplating having this company investigated by the National Consumer Commission or local Consumer Protection Authority.</div>
