SO BAD! STAY AWAY!!!!

I have no words to explain my disappointment. I ordered Christmas gifts for my girls 23rd November 2022. They never arrived. I gave the company a chance and thought I will gift them to my daughter for her birthday end of January. Never arrived. Emailed again and this time thought I could gift them to my other daughter for her birthday in March and still nothing. I am beyond disappointed. I think they should be investigated and shut down. They are definitely not legit. Every response to my emails are the same as if it’s automated! So cold, heartless and not ONE apology! Not one! I believe in karma though and it’s coming for YOU for *****ing people’s hard earned money like this!
