Slow order processing and no communication.

I placed an order C*** on the 6th of September and according to their shipping policy delivery will be between 5 and 15 working days. I also send them a request to confirm that my order will take between 5 and 15 working days. They did confirm via e-mail. Now 13 working days later my order is still standing on "processing" It has not even shipped yet. Their excuse now is that the supplier had to wait for stock while when I ordered it showed In stock with Supplier" and still shows the same.
