shoddy and shady service

SERIOUSLY THINK TWICE BEFORE PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY...All the other bad reviews aren't there for nothing...once you've placed your order and they've received your monies, it becomes a vicious circle of a automatic phone system, followed by email that gets allocated a ticket number, and we will revert back in 48 hours and then nothing happens...even on their own automated...'would you like to cancel your order and have a *** which you select the option and the vicious circle starts...ticket number...we'll answer withing 24 hours...bla bla bla bla bla...placed my order in November still waiting with no follow up on shipment, shipment number etc...the only correspondence (automated) there's a delay with your order, due to ....bla bla bla... do you which to cancel and the cycle starts...beyond ridiculous!!!!!!!!!
