Shockingly Bad Service!

I can't understand the 5 stars given by other reviewers who had bad experiences with this company. It pushes the average up and gives a sense that they're ok. They're absolutely not ok! Placed my order 24 November & promised delivery 5-15 December as apparently they were waiting for items. Got an email 9 Dec saying further delays & would I like to cancel my order. Tried calling several times, then emailed, repeatedly. No response other than "ticket issued...". Requested cancellation & refund now (17 Dec). The only reason I'm ok with even 1 star is that they appear to be refunding me. Nothing in my bank account yet, just an email saying "refunded". No greeting, no acknowledgement, no apology, nothing!
