Shocking service and delivery time

If I had the option to give no stars, that would be the best. I have placed my order 4 November 2023. It is now January 2024. They NEVER communicate, they NEVER send updates, they NEVER answer questions with a direct answer. They always have a story as to why I am still waiting for my order. Also not answering phones so clearly don't care about customer service. UNACCEPTABLE. They must update their shipping policy because o my word is that not a bunch of nonsense in there. They must rather state there that the estimated shipping in between 3 and 6 months - if you are lucky. Now they forwarded my request for a refund. Probably going to wait another few months, hopefully I will have my money before Christmas 2024.
