Shocking service

This company are by far the worst I ever had to deal with. I ordered and paid for goods on 6 January 2024. I received communication from them to let me know that my parcel will be delivered between 19 January to 9 February. It is now February the 16th and still nothing. These people dont keep you updated on any delivery delays or even let you know what is going on. So I send an email to let them know if they cant deliver, I want my order refunded. Please dont waste your time and especially your hard urned money on this company, the services are terrible. Only afterwards I saw all the complaints from people, just whish I read the reviews first!!
